We are thrilled to update you on our recent developments and successes over the past few months. As we near the completion of stage one, we are proud to say that our development stands out from the rest, and we extend our gratitude and congratulations to all of our purchasers who have joined us since our last newsletter.
Stage one is now SOLD OUT, and we are pleased to announce that all micro units in stage two have also sold. We now have less than 10 micro units remaining in our final stage.
In other exciting news, we have received titles for stages two and three from Development WA, and we anticipate building to commence in the upcoming weeks. With record sales so far, we expect the complex to sell out before completion.
