Development Update • March 2022

Development WA have advised that titles will be ready by the 30th of March 2022 and earthworks will commence by the 4th of April 2022. We expect stage 1 to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year with stages 2 and 3 to follow.

It has been a wonderful start to 2022 for Global Business Park and we cannot wait to break ground next month.
