It has been a very busy few months on site and we are excited to share the updates with you.
Earthworks have now been completed after a slight delay with Development WA issuing titles. There has been extensive service pre-lay works completed providing our micro units with pre-run plumbing and electrical services. This will allow owners and tenants the ability to easily modify their unit to include kitchens and toilets without incurring additional costs to bring these services in at a later date should they choose to.
We are happy to share that concrete slabs have started to be laid with the remainder of the slabs to be laid within the next few weeks. Casting of the tilt panel walls are expected to be finished by the end of October. We take this opportunity to invite you to drive past the property or to head to our site office where we are more than happy to offer you a coffee.
