We are extremely proud to share that Global Business Park has registered its application with the Green Building Council of Australia and is well on its way to becoming the first industrial strata complex in Australia to achieve a 5 Green Star rating.
Green Star is an internationally-recognised Australian sustainability rating and certification system.
It is a great honour to not only set the benchmark, but lead the way for clean energy design in Australia.
